Durability - Natural Latex Foam is one of the most durable bedding materials on the planet. It is far more durable than most types of polyurethane foam or memory foam.
Breathability - Natural Latex Foam is heat neutral.These air chambers allow the air to flow freely through the topper. While a latex foam topper can not always make a bed cooler, a 5cm-7.5cm topper can serve as a great buffer between your body and a hot memory foam (or polyurethane foam) mattress.
It is best not to wash and or to expose natural rubber latex products in the sun. When cleaning, use a damp cloth to wipe clean the dirty area and air dry indoors or use a fan to dry. Natural rubber latex products become crisp when exposed to heat or UV rays, so place the product away from sunlight.

By only using a special concentrating method of centrifuging, all Talatex's premium comfort latex is carefully extracted from the high centrifugal force on plates. Combined with the carefully calculated carbon dioxide insertion, vacuuming, and freezing processes, this alters the natural latex for a more consistent cell structure, therefore becoming ultra responsive when pressure is being applied, while without losing the support any great mattress toppers have.

I swear, you could put this topper on concrete slab and it would feel fantastic!
My mother slept on the bed in my guest room and said it was lumpy and uncomfortable. That bed is used 1 or 2 times per year, so I didn't want to buy a new mattress. Instead, I purchased this 3" mattress topper.
I really wanted something that didn't sleep "hot", so I decided against memory foam and focused on latex foam instead.
When I received this, I opened the package and let it "air" out a few days. I didn't notice a strong smell, but there was a faint aroma of "rubber". But after it rested a few days, I didn't notice the smell anymore. I got the optional cover. I washed it immediately and it came out just fine. It comes apart in 2 pieces and zips together. This is a very nice feature, but it does take some maneuvering to get the topper properly situated back in the cover.
I definitely recommend this topper to make an old mattress feel new again!
I am a difficult person to please as I am a back and side sleeper. My 6 year old memory foam (T&N) mattress was starting to cause lower back and neck pain although it took me many doctors and physical therapist appointments to realize it!
I initially thought I needed softer so am thankful for Talatex return policy. I ordered firm which has definitely helped my back, but it's almost too firm for my shoulder. I am currently testing pillows to see if that will help.
The quality, customer service, shipping time is great I just wish you could truly customize mattress toppers for different parts of the body!
We got a firm 3in topper. It was bouncy, firm enough (I think, by UK standard), feels great and was not sinking or hot like memory foam. Material looks great, expanded true to size, and didn’t smell at all.
This is the best topper i ever got worth the price its perfect for me because its firm and it keeps my body in alignment.
